Covid-19 Vaccines - To put an end to this pandemic.

Hi Peeps!!! This is Boopathy...             These days,  a novel coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2 has resulted in the outbreak of a respiratory illness known as COVID-19. It took away many people lives irrespective of their ages. And it's spell goes on increasing day by day rapidly. Many medical teams, pharmaceutical groups and scientists are striving to control it. And it still remains a nightmare for everyone of us. But, we got some progress in fighting against it. ' Mindfulness ’ is a word we hear a lot these days, but what exactly does it mean? Find out what it is, what the benefits of mindfulness are and how you can start to practise it. Have you ever driven somewhere and realised when you arrived that you couldn’t really remember anything about the journey? Or have you ever eaten a whole packet of biscuits when you were planning to only have one? Or have you stayed up much later than you planned, or even all night, watching ‘just one more’ episode of a TV series? All of these are examples of mindlessness. When we live this way, we are not fully awake and not fully living our lives. What exactly is mindfulness? When we are mindful, we are more conscious of our thoughts, our actions and what is happening around us. Yoga is becoming more and more popular around the world. What exactly is it, where did it come from and what are the health benefits of doing yoga? Lord Shiva as First Yogi or Adi-Yogi What is yoga? Most people know yoga as a kind of exercise which aims at developing strength and flexibility. To practise yoga, you learn a series of ‘postures’, where you put your body into different positions. The correct breathing is also important. However, yoga is really about more than just exercise. In 2014, the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, asked the United Nations to create an International Day of Yoga, saying that yoga ‘is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and nature’. He felt that yoga could not just help people to be healthier but also help connect people to each other and to nature.
